We want you to love your Agapée pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Agapée gift box and protective pouch to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
